The tuition fee for the program is $5,500. The online tuition fee has been reduced to $4,900.
Tuition must be paid in full before the session commences. To confirm registration and guarantee a seat, a deposit payment of $1,000 is required upon notice of admission. The deposit will be applied towards the total program fee.
The Ross Minority Program in Real Estate is underwritten by individual and corporate sponsors who support the program’s mission and believe in improving cultural and ethnic diversity within the real estate profession. The tuition fee covers registration, parking, materials, meals, networking events, evening receptions, and site visits.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions resulting in the campus being closed, the Fee Reduction Application must be transmitted online, in PDF. The Fee Reduction Application contains sensitive personal data and should not be transmitted via unsecure email.
