The tuition fee for the in-person sessions is $6,000. The tuition fee for the online sessions is $5,400 (January 2025).
Tuition must be paid in full before the session commences. To confirm registration and guarantee a seat, a deposit payment of $1,000 is required upon notice of admission. The deposit will be applied towards the total program fee.
The Ross Program in Real Estate is underwritten by individual and corporate sponsors who support the program’s mission and believe in improving cultural and ethnic diversity within the real estate profession. The tuition fee covers registration, parking, materials, meals, networking events, evening receptions, and site visits.

The Fee Reduction Application contains sensitive personal & financial data and should not be transmitted via unsecure email. Fee Reduction Applications are to be submitted via Dropbox, Google Docs or other document sharing program or request a secure Dropbox link from Mary Peralta at meperalt@usc.edu.
