Jonathan cultivated his skill set with implementing Authentic Leadership to achieve both his personal and business goals. His focus is to use his skill set and knowledge to make a passive impact on his community. Jonathan’s philosophy of passive impact is the idea of focusing on the amount of people you can positively impact as opposed to focusing on the monetary gain from the service or product that is offered.
