The Ross Program is an intensive executive education experience held twice a year: Winter and Summer.
- The Summer 2025 and Winter 2026 Sessions will be in-person, over 4 weeks, 3 days a week, at the USC campus
- Weeks one, two and three are scheduled Thursday - Saturday. Week four is Wednesday - Friday
- Lectures are scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 - 5:30 pm each day with evening events to 8:30 pm four nights per session
- A cohort is limited to 25 students, allowing for maximum participation and extensive faculty–student interaction.
The curriculum is concentrated in real estate finance, delivered by notable USC faculty. Additional instruction on related subjects is provided by experienced real estate practitioners along with site visits (in-person & virtual), panel discussions, case studies, and group projects. The courses are fluid and incorporate topics that reflect current market conditions. A highlight of the program is a team development project allowing students to apply and integrate what they’ve learned in a challenging “real world” project.
