Program Options

The Summer 2024 Session is scheduled for May 30 to June 28, 2024 (Four-week In-Person Format)

The Ross Program is an intensive executive education experience held twice a year: Winter and Summer.

• The Summer 2024 Session will be in-person, over four weeks, three days a week. Students attend classes on the USC Campus in Los Angeles.
• The Winter 2025 Session will be virtual, over five weeks, three days a week via Zoom.
• Students attend classes Thursday through Saturday with lectures from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day as well as evening events to 8:30 pm on several nights of each session. 
• Each cohort consists of 15 to 25 students, allowing for maximum participation and extensive faculty–student interaction.

The curriculum is concentrated in real estate finance, delivered by notable USC faculty. Additional instruction on related subjects is provided by experienced real estate practitioners along with field trips (in-person & virtual), panel discussions, case studies, and group projects. The courses are fluid and incorporate topics that reflect current market conditions. A highlight of the program is a team development project allowing students to apply and integrate what they’ve learned in a challenging “real world” project.
