The 2019 Winter Session is scheduled for January 10 to February 1, 2019. (Four-week format)
The Ross Program is an intensive executive education experience held twice a year - a Winter Session and a Summer Session. The program is offered in two different formats. The four-week format (2018 Winter & 2018 Summer) is scheduled over four consecutive weekends, Thursday through Saturday with students attending lectures from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day as well as evening panel discussions to 9:00 pm on several nights of the session. The two-week format (2019 Summer) is scheduled over 12 consecutive days, Monday through Saturday the first week, followed by Monday through Friday the second week. Sunday is reserved for group study. The curriculum is the same for both formats including evening events featuring expert panel discussions and presentations focused on specialized real estate topics.
The curriculum is concentrated in real estate finance, delivered by notable USC faculty. Additional instruction on related subjects is provided by experienced real estate practitioners along with field trips, panel discussions, case studies, and group projects. The courses are fluid and incorporate topics that reflect current market conditions. A highlight of the program is a team case study allowing students to apply and integrate what they’ve learned in a challenging “real world” project.
Ross Program sessions are held on the University of Southern California campus. Each cohort consists of 15 to 25 students, allowing for maximum participation and extensive faculty–student interaction.
