The 2021 Summer Session is scheduled for June 10 - July 16, 2021 (Five-week online format)
The Ross Program is an intensive executive education experience held twice a year - a Winter Session and a Summer Session. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the program is currently being offered online, via Zoom, over five weeks; three days a week, Thursday through Saturday with students attending lectures from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day as well as evening panel discussions to 8:00 pm on several nights of the session.
The curriculum is concentrated in real estate finance, delivered by notable USC faculty. Additional instruction on related subjects is provided by experienced real estate practitioners along with virtual field trips, panel discussions, case studies, and group projects. The courses are fluid and incorporate topics that reflect current market conditions. A highlight of the program is a team case study allowing students to apply and integrate what they’ve learned in a challenging “real world” project.
Each cohort consists of 15 to 25 students, allowing for maximum participation and extensive faculty–student interaction.
The 2022 Winter Session is tentively scheduled for January 6 – January 28, 2022 (Four-week format)
It is expected to be held in-person on the University of Southern California campus.
The curriculum is the same for both formats including evening events featuring expert panel discussions and presentations focused on specialized real estate topics.
