2019 Casden Multifamily Forecast Conference

The USC Casden Multifamily Forecast has provided a comprehensive summary of fundamental trends in the multifamily market for Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and Ventura as well as individual sub-markets.  The Multifamily Conference has also served as the region’s premier prognosticator of key issues and trends that will influence the multifamily industry.

The Lusk Center’s Real Estate Research Seminar Series is an opportunity for visiting scholars to present their work and participate in discussion with faculty from across USC, including from the Dornsife College of Letters Arts and Sciences, Price School of Public Policy, and Marshall School of Business.  This year’s series will cover a wide variety of topics in real estate and urban economics. Lunch will be served starting at 12PM.

Ross Minority Program in Real Estate 2019 Summer Session Accepting Applications Now!

2019 Summer Session is scheduled for June 17 - June 28, 2019 and applications are being accepted now! 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 20, 2019 

The two-week course format is convenient for applicants residing outside Southern California. For the 2019 Summer Session, USC Housing will be available for a reduced cost. If you live outside of Los Angeles, the Ross Program is a great opportunity to visit, network and explore the city.

2017 Rena Sivitanidou Annual Research Symposium

The 2017 Rena Sivitanidou Annual Research Symposium will be held at the University of Southern California University Club on October 27, 2017. This symposium will feature a panel of leading scholars in real estate economics drawn from academic institutions. The Lusk Center will welcome scholars from the University of Wisconsin, University of Illinois, New York University, Northwestern University, University of Toronto, UCLA, and the University of Southern California.

APA California Conference 2017

The Ross Minority Program will be staffing an exhibit table at the American Planners Association California Conference, September 23-26, 2017 at the Sacramento Convention Center. Stop by the table to learn more about the program and your application options. Ross Program graduates will receive a Ross badge ribbon.
