Sam Kuiumdjian is an acquisition’s executive with over a decade of experience in multifamily and affordable housing investment. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a BA in Policy, Planning and Development, Sam has led more than $1.3 billion in transactions across 10 states, including market rate, LIHTC, Section 8, and middle-income bond deals.
Earlier in his career, Sam held roles at several multifamily investment and brokerage firms before joining a Los Angeles-based family office, where he oversaw the acquisition of 1,800+ units valued at over $500 million, managed $750 million in financing, and helped asset manage a 2.3 million square foot portfolio of office, retail, and multifamily properties. He currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at BLDG Partners, where he leads the sourcing, structuring, and execution of affordable and workforce housing investments nationwide.
