Biography
Mr. Breedon is an Associate in the Real Estate group at Oaktree Capital Management. In his position, he underwrites commercial and residential investment opportunities in North America. Prior to joining Oaktree, Stephen was based in New York and worked within the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.
Stephen serves on the board of A Community of Friends, a nonprofit providing permanent supportive housing in Southern California, and on the Los Angeles junior board of Children’s Bureau. He earned a B.S. degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University with a minor in real estate.
