Kirsten Chen is a Senior Relationship Manager with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Commercial Real Estate Banking (CREB) group. She is primarily responsible for managing lending and treasury relationships with private equity, REIT, and family office real estate investor and developer clients in the Greater Los Angeles area. Ms. Chen originates senior secured financing for Office, Multifamily, Retail and Industrial assets as well as unsecured debt.
Kirsten has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2017, Ms. Chen was a Director in the Real Estate Finance group at CIT Bank and its predecessor, OneWest Bank. Prior to earning her MBA, Ms. Chen worked in homebuilding at NVR, Inc. in the DC Metro area.
Kirsten holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a BA in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Chen holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations. She is also an active member of ULI, CREFC, and NAIOP. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
