LuskREAF Event: Infill Development: Rethinking Urban Living at Playa Vista and Beyond

Join LuskREAF members for a panel discussion on Urban Infill Development.

The program will begin with a networking reception and tours of the Playa Vista development project: walking tour of Fountain Park (705 apartments); walking tour of Maguire Partners/EOP Waters Edge office; tram tour of nine residential projects (700+ units) under construction south of Jefferson Blvd. Following the tours, our panel will address the opportunities and challenges of urban infill development. The 1,087-acre Playa Vista development will be discussed as well as other exciting urban infill opportunities, such as Ambassador College in Pasadena.
