Paul Jamiolkowski is a Senior Vice President & Regional Manager of PNC Real Estate, a division of The PNC Financial Services Group. He is the West Coast Regional Manager of Real Estate Banking where he is responsible for commercial lending and banking products for commercial real estate companies in the West Coast including California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Utah.
He has been in the real estate finance industry for over 25 years starting his career with GE Capital Commercial Real Estate Division. He joined PNC Bank in 1995 and has helped develop the West Coast to approximately $7.0 billion of commitments.
Paul graduated from University of Illinois in 1989 with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of several industry groups including International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multi Housing Council, and Urban Land Institute.
Paul currently serves as a board member of the BIT Investment Committee providing oversight and governance as PNC Bank serves as Trustee for the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT), a bank collective trust. He also serves on the Executive Committee Member of the USC Lusk Center Board of Directors.
