Trammell Crow's biggest North Jersey clients are Bank of America Corp., American Express Inc. and pharmaceutical company Schering Plough Corp. of Kenilworth.
Raphael Bostic, interim associate director of the University of Southern California's Lusk Center for Real Estate, said buying Trammell Crow will allow CB Richard Ellis to offer its customers "one-stop shopping" for real estate services.
"The brokerage house will be able to funnel customers from the acquisition process across the hall to people who can manage that property," Bostic said.
