New USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Expert Available for Media Interviews

LOS ANGELES – Tracey Seslen, Ph.D., faculty member of the University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate, is available as an expert source on both residential and commercial real estate topics.

Dr. Seslen is an assistant clinical professor in the Marshall School of Business and teaches real estate finance to undergraduate and graduate students. Her research has focused on housing cycles, risk and return in home pricing, household mobility and commercial mortgages. She also co-developed the curriculum for the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, a comprehensive course for business professionals who desire the skills needed to revitalize distressed urban neighborhoods with new development.

Dr. Seslen has presented her research at numerous conferences from Boston to Beijing. Last year, she led graduate students on business study tours of Mexico, Cuba, Tokyo and Shanghai.

Dr. Seslen received her Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and undergraduate degrees in economics and Spanish from Tufts University.
