...Real estate has had a great run this decade, and I'll bet that's had an impact on students' interest in real estate education. The road ahead doesn't look as pleasant. Do you think that will deter students' interest or enthusiasm for the industry?
Obviously students are smart and they ask the question, "Where's the market going?" But they've also studied real estate and understand the cycles.
