...Us: How will Orange County's recovery differ from markets elsewhere in the region and the nation?
Green: I am not sure one can make a general statement about Orange County. My general view is that places close to employment centers will recover more rapidly than places that are farther away, in large part because of gasoline prices. And of course, places such as Laguna and Newport Beach are fundamentally different from places like Santa Ana...
