
Davit Ghazaryan is a Management Analyst at the City of South Pasadena. He has worked for multiple public agencies during his career, with the bulk of his experience coming from the affordable housing sector. Prior to working at the City of South Pasadena, he was an Assistant Housing Manager in the Asset Management department of the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, where he oversaw the implementation of the Homekey project – a state-sponsored program aimed at providing funding to public entities in order to expand and sustain housing for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including converting hotels, motels, and other properties into housing.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Yerevan State University in Armenia and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from University College London in England. He is a certified Housing Quality Standards and a Housing Tax Credit Specialist. Davit is a recipient of the Merit Scholarship from University College London as well as the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Scholarship.
Davit’s goal is to further expand his knowledge and understanding of real estate principles and pursue a career in real estate law. Additionally, he aims to expand his professional network to foster meaningful connections within the industry. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
