Mrs. Castro's unwavering commitment to vulnerable populations shines through her innovative programs that deliver vital resources in housing, education, and community engagement. Since joining LACHDC-I’s property management team in 2023, Mrs. Castro has become instrumental in property acquisitions and driving inclusive growth. Her dedication to enhancing community service makes her an invaluable asset to the Los Angeles County Development Authority.
Mrs. Castro holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and Human Services from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. Eager to implement the insights and skills she gained through the Ross Program for Minorities in Real Estate, she is thrilled to embark on her new role as an Analyst in the Rental Assistance Demonstration Division (RAD), where she aims to help preserve affordable housing throughout Los Angeles County.
