Daniel Guzman, a newcomer to the field of Real Estate Development, is an Assistant Project Manager at CRCD Partners LLC. In his role, Daniel contributes to the Real Estate Development team by assisting where needed. As a result, he has had the opportunity to learn about the lengthy process of development. More specifically, Daniel has assisted with the preparation of funding applications for several prospective Affordable and Supportive Housing developments. He has experience applying to funding sources at the county, state, and federal level. Although early in his Real Estate career, Daniel continues to develop the knowledge and passion to succeed in developing Affordable and Supportive Housing.

Before becoming an Assistant Project Manager at CRCD Partners, Daniel applied for the LISC Americorps program to explore an interest in community development that arose from his time spent in education. Daniel learned that education was just one aspect of community development, and it often came second to housing security. The LISC program assigned Daniel to CRCD Partners where he worked under the guidance of several Project Managers to execute tasks across the development process such as funding applications, draw requests, site visits, and more. Additionally, the LISC program provided weekly Affordable Housing trainings to coincide with the hands-on experience at CRCD Partners.

Daniel Guzman is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Philosophy. He is also a graduate of the LISC Americorps program after participating in a 3.5-month long internship where he assisted with advancing the prospective construction of at least 112 affordable housing units.

As a native of Los Angeles, he has a personal stake in advancing housing security for the city. Daniel Guzman was born in Los Angeles where he currently resides.
