Biography
Chris Cashdan is on the Data Strategy & Operations team at GID/Windsor Communities, where he leverages business intelligence and analytics to optimize multifamily real estate operations. With the growing interest in AI, Chris has taken the initiative to explore how AI can be applied to his role and to GID, researching and testing ways to enhance leasing performance, market analysis, and operational efficiencies.
Prior to GID, he worked at Skanska, where he conducted investment analysis and built data infrastructures used to analyze internal processes. He holds a Master’s in Economics from USC and has a strong interest in the intersection of AI, data analytics, and real estate.
