Christopher Cashdan

Chris Cashdan has worked at Skanska USA Commercial Development for over 4 years.  He started as an intern working on the Los Angeles development and assisted with acquisitions.  After a few months, he shifted to the national strategy team and worked with the VP of Investment Strategy.  On that team, he conducted market analyses and research to support Skanska’s development projects nationwide.  He currently reports to the CFO and heads up all projects related to data strategy, which includes business analytics, data architecture, and automation tool development.
