Biography
Patrick is Senior Advisor at the Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter at Habitat for Humanity and co-editor of the recent book Taking Shelter: Housing Finance for the World’s Poor. He leads exploratory work on shaping a supportive enabling environment for housing markets to thrive. This includes the Way Forward Housing Coalition, consulting and educating. He rejoined TCIS last year after spending 6 years as a consultant working on housing finance, financial inclusion and environmental finance. Previously, he was Director of Financial Inclusion and Capital Markets for Habitat Asia-Pacific based in Bangkok and ran a consulting company focused on consumer protection in financial services. He started his career with HUD in New York.
