Based in Newport Beach, CA, Andrew Kwok is a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group of Capital One, N.A. Andrew and his team are responsible for developing and managing lending relationships, while originating and structuring debt transactions nationwide.
During his 15 years in commercial real estate, Andrew has been directly involved in originating, underwriting, and closing over $10 billion of debt financings through a variety of capital sources, including Agency GSE (Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac), bank balance sheet, Debt Funds, CMBS, FHA, and Life Insurance Companies.
Andrew joined Capital One through the acquisition of Beech Street Capital LLC. He was part of a team that founded the Newport Beach office of Beech Street to expand its debt origination business in the western United States. Prior to Beech Street, Andrew was an associate in the CRE Group of Deutsche Bank focusing on the origination and underwriting of commercial and multifamily loans.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate development and finance.
