Brian is the Director of Investments and Finance for JADE Enterprises, a private commercial real estate investment, development, and management company based in Los Angeles. He is focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for the company and is intimately involved in the various stages of a transaction from inception through closing. Prior to his tenure at JADE, Brian screened and sized over $2 billion of commercial mortgage loan proceeds as a transactional manager for Merrill Lynch’s CMBS group.
Since 2011, Brian has been a member of the Board of Directors of the LA Fashion Business Improvement District in downtown Los Angeles. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Magbit Foundation, a non-profit organization established to promote education for Israeli students seeking to complete their university studies. Brian has a Master's of Real Estate Development and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
