Matt Felsot, a veteran in Commercial Real Estate Finance, is JPMorgan’s Southwest Region Market Manager for Real Estate Banking (“REB”). In this capacity, he oversees the business development and relationship management for top echelon real estate owners and developers in major markets of California and Arizona. He also serves on the Orange County Market Leadership Committee in close partnership with JPMorgan’s other lines of business.
Matt has in-depth experience with major asset classes in a variety of geographies. Over his career, he has served in leadership capacities within JPMorgan’s Commercial Term Lending Group, Real Estate Owned (“REO”) dispositions and the Middle Market Owner Occupied Real Estate initiative.
A two-time graduate of the University of Southern California, Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration as well as an MBA. A native Californian, Matt, his wife and their two children live in Newport Beach, CA.
