Real Estate: Rents forecast to rise in SD County, fall in Riverside County

... Residential rental rates will rise 0.7 percent in San Diego County and fall 1 percent in Riverside County this year and next, according to a forecast released Tuesday by the Lusk Center for Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California.
