Lusk Board Member, Linda Bozung - Partner at Piper Rudnick - again named among "Best Lawyers in America"

LOS ANGELES - Piper Rudnick partner Linda Bozung will be listed in the 2005 edition of The Best Lawyers in
America, the law firm reports. This is the 11th consecutive year Ms. Bozung will appear in the prestigious publication, which is produced as the culmination of a lengthy process of peer review and research.

Her listing among the Best Lawyers follows closely another important accolade: in September 2004, she was named to Real Estate Southern California's 2004 list of Southern California's Most Influential Women.

She has also received numerous other recognitions. Los Angeles Business Journal has named Ms. Bozung one of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Los Angeles Law." Los Angeles magazine named her a Southern California
Super Lawyer for 2004 and 2005 and cited her as one of the state's Top 50 Female Super Lawyers. Ms. Bozung
is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Linda Bozung is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice group. She focuses on land use planning, zoning, and entitlement acquisition and protection. Her practice includes general plan and zoning amendments; all types of land use permits; and the drafting and negotiation of development agreements. Ms. Bozung has 25 years of experience overseeing the preparation and certification of Environmental Impact Reports and all California Environmental Quality Act documents. She is also experienced in Fifth Amendment takings law and regularly provides endangered species and wetlands counsel. With extensive negotiation experience in environmental and development project approvals, she interacts regularly with all types of governmental agencies.
