L.A., South Bay rents edge up despite sluggish economy

Apartment rents in the Los Angeles region edged upward in the third quarter despite the sluggish economy, according to a report to be released today...
...The RealFacts report was more optimistic than a separate study released in April that forecast continued drops in Los Angeles County rental prices.
