The Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, The Chaim Katzman Gazit Globe Real Estate Institute at the Recanati School of Business, Tel Aviv University, and the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California announce a call for papers for The 1st Technion-TAU-USC Israel Real Estate and Urban Economics Symposium. The symposium will be hosted by the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion campus in Haifa, Israel.
All papers in the broad area of real estate finance, real estate economics, urban economics, and urban planning will be considered. Also, offers to serve as a discussant are welcome.
Please submit a copy of a completed or a well-developed manuscript as well as offers to serve as a discussant no later than December 31, 2005 to: dannyb@technion.ac.il.
Tentative timetable:
December 31, 2005: Deadline for submission of papers;
February 28, 2006: Notification to authors.
Please note that, in addition to the conference events, two day-trips are planned to take place for interested participants: a tour to the Northern region of Israel on May 28 and a tour to Jerusalem on May 31.
