Trevor is a commercial real estate developer, investor and advisor. He founded Newmontis, a boutique commercial real estate investment banking firm based in Pacific Palisades, CA, and has completed over $1 billion in investments. As a developer, Trevor is currently redeveloping a city block adjacent to the University of South Carolina and is building over 180 rental homes in Austin. As an advisor, Trevor’s firm focuses on high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Previously, he cofounded and sold a national net-leased advisory firm, with over $400mm of investment sales and capital markets transactions annually and over 130 properties under asset management. Before that, he was Director of Acquisitions for Conquest Housing, which owned and developed student housing at USC and UCSB.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He resides with his wife, who is also his business partner, and 2 children in Los Angeles.
