Scott Haskins

Scott Haskins, a native San Franciscan, founded Sierra Maestra Properties to manage, lease, and reposition properties. Mr. Haskins brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on repositioning and developing properties. Over the course of his career, Mr. Haskins has participated in projects exceeding a billion dollars of value, comprising nearly 4 million square feet and 750+ residential units.  Prior to re-joining Sierra Maestra, Mr. Haskins was Vice President of acquisitions and development for The Hunter Group where he was responsible for all aspects of portfolio activity for this regional commercial property owner.

Sierra Maestra Properties was formed in 1996 and has advanced ownership goals on more than seventy properties of varying product types and geographic locations. Today the firm focuses on urban office properties and new development.  For many years Sierra Maestra has acted as a trusted advisor to its clients, with capability to execute strategic plans. More recently, Sierra Maestra has taken on the sponsor role and begun leading the process. Sierra Maestra’s client list includes local, regional and national real estate companies as well as high net worth individuals and public institutions.

Mr. Haskins received a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University and a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a board member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage and a member of ULI, SPUR, and BOMA.
