Rodney James Ross

Rodney James Ross is a proven real estate development professional with over 15 years of diverse experience. He has participated in the management over 2 million square feet of real estate projects including residential, commercial office and mixed-use core and shell and tenant improvement projects, corporate campus creation, public and private school modernizations, residential remodels, and commercial and residential property management.  

Rodney currently holds a Development Operations Manager position within Lendlease’s Los Angeles Development group.  In this role, Rodney manages the execution of the 3401 S La Cienega mixed use development at the La Cienega Metro station which will be comprised of 260 apartment units, 250,000 sf of office and a pedestrian plaza. 

Rodney previously managed several large-scale commercial office tenant improvement projects for clients such as WarnerMedia/HBO, Netflix and Google to name a few.  He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Los Angeles Headquarters Association (LAHQ).

Rodney’s diverse education background includes dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degrees from USC, a USC Ross Program in Real Estate certificate, a Project Management Certificate from CalTech, and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technologies from DeVry University. In addition, Rodney holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional with a specialization in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) designation.
