Naeem Razwani is the Senior Director for Financial inclusion and Capital markets at Habitat for Humanity International’s Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter. An accomplished Senior Business Leader with multifaceted global experience gained in South and East Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Naeem also leads one of the world’s first USD 100m blended housing finance vehicle called MicroBuild Fund, which provides debt financing and advisory to microfinance institutions to support low-income housing.
Naeem possesses demonstrable experience in microfinance, financial inclusion, social and economic development, housing finance, and business growth. Utilizing a holistic leadership style, a collaborative work ethic, and a belief in sustainability, Naeem has successfully translated ideas into scalable actions.
He has led initiatives for projects sponsored by Aga Khan Development Network, International Finance Corporation – World Bank Group, USAID, Swiss Capacity Building Facility, and others throughout his career. His current portfolio of work focuses on gender, climate, resilience, and technology.
