Mark is a Managing Director in Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group, based in Los Angeles, CA. Mark and his team of relationship managers are responsible for originating and managing on-balance sheet banking relationships for Wells Fargo’s institutional real estate clients based in the greater Los Angeles and Hawaii markets.
Mark began his career with Wells Fargo in San Jose, CA working in the commercial banking group, completed Wells Fargo’s Credit Management Training Program and then joined the commercial real estate group in Los Angeles. He has also worked for Australia-based Macquarie Bank in its Real Estate Structured Finance group, providing structured loans and mezzanine financing to United States-based middle market real estate developers.
Mark received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California (USC) with an emphasis in International Business and studied in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mark is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Mar Vista Family Center. He is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a frequent guest lecturer at USC. He is a Patron of the Metropolitan Opera in New York City and of Los Angeles Opera. Mark is also a Cardinal & Gold member at USC.
Mark is originally from Toronto, Ontario and now lives in downtown Los Angeles.
