writing and communication skills. Erin excels at leading successful commercial property

transactions—lease, buy, or sell. From the firm’s largest office, Erin leads a team of skilled

transactional real estate attorneys known for their ability to solve the full range of leasing

issues—both common and unique—encountered in office buildings, retail shopping centers,

industrial projects, restaurants, and more. Erin earns long-standing loyalty from her clients and

her vast network of local counsel across the United States, and has developed a valuable

reputation among influential brokers, who trust her to close important deals.

Nationwide Experience

While Los Angeles-based, Erin's experience includes representing multi-state leasing

portfolios for some of the nation’s largest landlords, overseeing more than 4.5 million square

feet of office, retail and industrial space in California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, and

beyond. Among Erin’s diverse work product, she has closed on acquisitions and dispositions of

commercial properties nationwide, handled the merchant-builder purchase and sale

agreements for a planned community, and completed one of the largest leases in San Francisco's recent history.

The depth of her leasing experience is a benefit to her clients in purchase and sale transactions

as she can quickly identify and resolve leasing issues when they arise.

Practical and Efficient

Her multifaceted, straightforward, business-minded approach extends across a spectrum of

agreements, and sublease and assignment transactions. Erin's landlord clients appreciate her

quick turnaround for leasing transactions. To accomplish that, she narrows her focus to fight

for the issues that matter to her clients and not lose momentum over minor concerns when it

stands in the way of the client's overall goals.
