Biography

Dusan Miletich is Managing Principal of Arenda Capital, a real estate investment and development platform focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and select commercial assets in premier Northern and Southern California markets. Since co-founding Arenda in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, Dusan and his partners have acquired and operated more than 6,000 units of multifamily housing. Dusan’s current focus is the expansion of Arenda’s multifamily platform through a combination of strategic acquisitions, redevelopment, and ground-up development. He also selectively pursues well-located creative office and high-street retail opportunities.

Previously, Dusan served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California. He holds three graduate degrees from USC: a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Real Estate Development, and a Master of Construction Management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also played offensive guard for the UCLA Bruins football team. Dusan has served on several boards, sits on the Advisory Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
