Several multifamily projects moving forward despite legal challenges

The USC Keston Infrastructure Institute, along with and the USC School of Engineering's department of civil and environmental engineering, the Los Angeles section of the American Society of Civil Engineers and KPCC 89.3 FM Southern California Public Radio, co-hosted a forum where 80 professionals from the public, private and academic sectors discussed the first report card on L.A. county infrastructure by the American Society of Civil Engineers.
A visioning exercise sponsored by USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute of Los Angeles, and the Southern California Association of Governments, challenged participants to consider where to locate Southern California's projected 6 million new residents.

LOS ANGELES - A team of five graduate students affiliated with the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate scored a triumphant three-peat over rival UCLA last night in the sixth annual NAIOP SoCal USC/UCLA Real Estate Cople crowded into Union Station to watch a panel of 18 real estate industry leaders award the coveted Silver Shovel to the USC team for the third year in a row.
