"We're still observing a fairly large number of cash sales. In those of course, people are showing that they really do believe that the house is worth what they think, otherwise they wouldn't be putting up the cash for it. We see in market after market now that owning a house is less expensive than renting. So the fundamentals are good...jobs are growing, so there are more people who can actually afford to buy houses. So I think the market is still pretty steady."
