Delphine Pruitt
As part of the SPIRE Continuing Executive Education Program, Delphine Pruitt, Senior Affordable Housing Business Manager for the Fannie Mae Housing and Community Development Division, led a workshop sharing development funding opportunities that are available through Fannie Mae.
Several of the SPIRE Executive Board members, as well as other SPIRE alumni, were in attendance for this informative session. Following the event, the participants joined Lusk students and executives at the Lusk Center's annual Real Estate Industry Night.
