LOS ANGELES-PM Realty Group has promoted James A. Proehl to EVP and managing director of its Western Division, one of three commercial real estate industry execs named to new posts lately in the Los Angeles area. The others include the relocation of Joshua Gorin to Studley's Los Angeles office as a senior managing director and the naming of Richard G. Little as director of the Keston Institute for Infrastructure at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estatecolor>.
At USC, Little will manage the institute's research into infrastructure issues critical to California and the nation. He was formerly director of the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment at the National Research Council (NRC). During his 10 years there, he helped to develop strategies for infrastructure renewal and the protection of critical infrastructure from natural and man-made hazards. He has published extensively and spoken at many national and international conferences.
