With students from Southern California, Israel, Italy, Indianapolis, Atlanta and Houston, the Ross Program is proud to welcome the summer 2005 class into the Real Estate Alumni and Friends (REAF) network. Congratulations to the summer class of 2005! During the summer program, students learned the basics of real estate development and finance, developed technical expertise, and gained a deeper understanding of the real estate development process, market analysis, highest and best use, team learning to leverage resources and building networks. Students worked in teams to apply what they obtained in the classroom in order to determine the highest and best use of an intricate urban case study. Students also participated in various networking and educational dinners outside of the classroom including the Ross Reception, which brought together alumni, Lusk constituency and industry partners and allowed for students and guests to interact with some of the most influential leaders in the real estate industry. We would like to extend a special thank you to the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Honorary Board, who helped make this year’s summer program a success!
