Ms. Noecker is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for NBP Capital. She founded the privately held fund in 2009 with her brother, Spencer Noecker, and has been responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the company, helping it mature from an opportunist, value-add multifamily investment fund to a well-diversified development fund. Ms. Noecker has played a critical role in building the management team and the company culture, enabling NBP Capital to grow to over $1B in assets under management in its first ten years. Ms. Noecker leads the senior management team with oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, hospitality, asset management, and investor relations.
Ms. Noecker received her Bachelor of Science degree from USC Marshall School of Business and her Masters of Business Administration from ESADE with an exchange at NYU Stern School of Business. Ms. Noecker is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, the Executive Committee for the USC Lusk Real Estate Center and the Founding Members Circle of the Cayton Children’s Museum.
