Born into a third generation Los Angeles family of developers, architects, and builders, Stefano is the owner and operations manager of Elcano Construction, a Los Angeles homebuilding company. In his twenties, he began his hands-on education by working in framing carpentry. After working as an apprentice with the Timber Framer’s Guild in Massachusetts, he came back to his native Los Angeles to work in residential construction with a passion specifically for custom home-building and historic preservation. In 2020, he decided to open his own business focusing on new home construction, home renovations, and ADUs. Having grown up in Pacific Palisades and losing his family home in the Palisades Fire, he is personally motivated to serve his community by rebuilding its residential neighborhoods.
Stefano holds an M-Admin in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and a BA from University of California Santa Barbara. He continued his studies with the Ross Program in Real Estate at the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and now the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate.
