Jake Lehmkuhl oversees the commercial real estate group at California Bank & Trust, which consist of over $5 billion in loan commitments, and serves on the CB&T Executive Management Committee. Lehmkuhl is a key contributor to the Capital Markets Program at Zion Bancorporation, N.A., and previously led the Real Estate Loan Syndication Group, providing unification to that line of business across the enterprise. During his 20 years in banking and real estate finance, he has been involved in construction, bridge and term real estate financings across all major product types, as well as corporate financings ranging from private middle-market developers/investors to large institutional equity firms and debt funds. Lehmkuhl is a graduate of University of Southern California and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
