Dusan Miletich is President of Madrone Ventures and a founding Managing Principal of Arenda Capital. Across these two enterprises Dusan oversees a diversified portfolio of multifamily, commercial, and agricultural properties, primarily located in premier Northern and Southern California markets. Following the 2008 financial crisis, Dusan and the Arenda team acquired over 6,000 units of multifamily housing. Dusan’s current focus is to expand the companies’ multifamily housing portfolio, both through new development and acquisition. Additionally, he continues to selectively pursue well-located creative office and high-street retail properties.
Dusan has previously served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California, from where he holds three graduate degrees: Master of Business Administration, Master of Real Estate Development, and Master of Construction Management. Dusan earned his Bachelor of Arts in American Literature and Culture from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was also an offensive guard for the Bruin football team. Dusan has served on several corporate boards, sits on the Advisory Council of the Lusk Center for Real Estate, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
