Andrew Schlegel is a Vice President at Spear Street Capital, an owner and operator of distinctive office properties located in the United States, Canada, and Europe. We acquire assets that have reached an inflection point where intensive leasing efforts or well-considered physical changes can have a decisive effect on value. Based in New York, Andrew is responsible for the asset management, acquisition, and disposition of various assets within Spear Street’s portfolio.
Prior to Spear Street, Andrew spent 8 years at Kilroy Realty in their Los Angeles HQ and 2 years at US Bank in their Downtown Los Angeles office.
Andrew earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California’s Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, & Sciences. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, USC Associates, and the Board of Counselors for USC’s Department of Athletics.
