In a match of brain over brawn, each team will present what it believes to be the highest and best use to develop a site owned by the City of Los Angeles in the Cornfield-Arroyo Seco Specific Plan area. The City seeks to maximize the value of the land but it also seeks to attract quality, high-paying jobs to the site and improve the neighborhood. As major sponsors, the Community Redevelopment Agency and City of LA are looking to this Challenge for recommendations on ways to enhance public/private partnerships for the newest and largest sustainable commercial redevelopment area in downtown Los Angeles.

Hear entertaining perspectives on the USC vs UCLA football rivalry from Steve Hartman, UCLA graduate and sportscaster with CBS 2 "Sports Central" in Los Angles and Petros Papadakis, USC graduate and sportscaster with Fox Sports Radio. Emcee will be Pete Arbogast, long-time radio voice of the USC Trojans.

$175.00 for members of NAIOP, USC LuskREAF, and UCLA REAG
$225.00 for non-members
