Public Policy Discussion - Proposition 90

The Keston Institute for Infrastructure and the Initiative and Referendum Institute at the University of Southern California are co-sponsoring a public policy discussion of Proposition 90, dealing with Government Acquisition, Regulation of Private Property that will be decided by ballot initiative on November 7, 2006. This public policy discussion will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear both sides of the issue in an objective forum and learn how their interests could be affected. An overview of the initiative process as an infrastructure policy tool will also be provided. Featured speakers include:
