Don’t miss ULI Los Angeles’ special forum on the Neighborhood Integrity Initiative, slated for the March 7 ballot. Measure S could dramatically impact development in Los Angeles. A diverse panel will address current efforts to modernize the city’s zoning code and update the Community Plans, and discuss the impact of Measure S on housing, affordability, homelessness, neighborhood character, congestion and other crucial urban issues.
