The ICSC Foundation and Gap Inc. is offering a $5000 award and fellowship to one applicant admitted to the 2016 Summer Session of the USC Ross Minority Program who is interested in working in the field of retail real estate, and who furthers the interests of underrepresented groups in the real estate industry.
The $5,000 will be awarded to the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate on behalf of the selected student to be used towards her/his program fees and related expenses.
In addition, the recipient of the award will be given preferential consideration for a 2016 paid internship with with Gap Inc. at Corporate Offices in San Francisco, CA, following completion of the Ross Minority Program for 6-8 weeks. During this time, the intern will rotate through three functional areas; construction, operations and real estate.
Interested individuals must complete an online application for admission to the Ross Minority Program and complete an award application plus meet some additional requirements as requested by ICSC/Gap Inc.
