This year’s Forum opens with a plenary session packed with insider’s tips. First up, understand what you need to know about the crowdfunding market, its future, and its impact on real estate, with a team of all stars: Fred Bryant (Co-Founder and COO, WealthForge), Daniel Gorfine (VP, External Affairs, Associate GC, OnDeck Capital),Jilliene Helman (Founder and CEO, Realty Mogul), Benjamin Miller (Co-Founder and CEO, Fundrise), Amy Wan (GC, Patch of Land), and moderator Lewis Feldman(Goodwin Procter).
Later, USC Law’s Professor George Lefcoe will be moderating an important session that will explain the changing demands for land use in the digital future. Jeffrey Cole (Director, Center for the Digital Future, USC Annenberg) will highlight how demands for land use are likely to change – everything from retail space to parking lots.
