Professor Yongheng Deng of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate has been invited as an outstanding oversees scholar to teach a short course at Tsinghua University in China. This is the first time that the prestigious Chinese University has had a lecture series of this type.
The title of the course is, "Mortgage-Backed Securities and Real Estate Capital Markets". The class will go from August 12-16.
