- The Ross Program in Real Estate is a set of intensive, comprehensive educational programs designed to provide urban entrepreneurs and professionals with the technical expertise and industry relationships needed to develop urban real estate projects in their communities. The only program of its kind in the nation, it was founded in 1993 and received an endowment gift from Stan and Marilyn Ross in 2003. The Ross Programs serves as the umbrella program for all of the urban development programs offered by the USC Lusk Center.
