USC’s Lusk Center for Real Estate is transitioning leadership of the internationally-renowned real estate research center into new hands. FivePoint Holdings, LLC’s Emile Haddad and Related California’s Bill Witte are taking over from Stan Ross, who is retiring.
Lusk Center Director Richard Green said, “We are excited to welcome new leadership that combines the knowledge and expertise of two of the industry’s most influential leaders. Like Stan’s, their ambitious visions for the Lusk Center will be felt immediately.”
Ross guided the center to global prominence over the 18 years he served as chairman of the Lusk Center advisory board. During a career that spans 60 years, he became established as one of the industry’s most respected minds.
Haddad, chairman and CEO of FivePoint Holdings, becomes chairman of the Lusk Center advisory board. Witte, chairman and CEO of Related California, will be the new vice-chair.
